How are you different from large pet store chains?
Paws Place Grooming sells only our brand, where we control the A to Z. Large pet store chains just sell other companies’ products.
Where are products manufactured (within the US or overseas, or both) – and how do you choose which manufacturers’ products to sell?
Paws Place Grooming’ products come from both the US and overseas. Based on extensive market studies, we try to source from anywhere that has quality products and competitive prices.
Do you have quality assurance testing on all products before selling them?
Yes, Paws Place Grooming has an active, hands-on quality assurance testing process for all products before they’re sold.
How durable are the products? How long will they last before needing replacement?
Paws Place Grooming aims to offer durable, high-quality products that will last a long time for active cats and dogs.

Do you accept returns? If so, are there any limitations or specific policies about returning within a certain amount of time?
Yes, for orders in the United States, Paws Place Grooming allows returns—as long as a return request is communicated within 30 days of receiving the order. Returns must be in the condition you received them, and in the original packaging. We can only accept returns on items that are still in new condition (must not have any dog fur, dirt, stains, or odors present).
